Scribble Notes is a professional productivity platform. We expect all users to treat others with respect and to use the platform responsibly.

What We Prohibit

Harassment & Abuse

• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users or individuals
• Sharing private information about others without consent (doxxing)
• Coordinated harassment campaigns

Illegal Recording

• Recording conversations without required consent
• Using the platform to conduct illegal surveillance
• Sharing recordings obtained without consent

Harmful Content

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities

Spam & Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Manipulating AI outputs to create misleading content

Malware & Security Threats

• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Phishing or social engineering attacks

Copyright Infringement

• Uploading content you do not have the right to share
• Removing or altering copyright notices

Abuse of AI Systems

• Using AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempting to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI systems

Reporting Violations

If you encounter a violation of these guidelines, please use the Report Abuse feature in the app or contact [email protected].

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Referral to law enforcement for serious violations

We review all reports and take action based on the severity and context of the violation.
