Scribble Notes ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by A. Albert Memories & Media, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials provided via our OAuth login provider.
Meeting & Recording Data: When you record, upload, or process meetings, we collect the audio/video files, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, action items, and notes you create.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Device & Technical Data: We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.
Integration Data: If you connect third-party services (Zoom, Google, Microsoft, Slack, Notion), we receive and store OAuth tokens and limited profile data from those services.
Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID; we never store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Your recordings and notes are processed by AI systems to generate transcripts, summaries, and action items. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You remain the owner of your content. We do not use your private recordings to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, we permanently remove your recordings, transcripts, summaries, and notes within 30 days. Certain anonymized records may be retained for legal and audit purposes.
When you connect integrations (Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Notion), those services have their own privacy policies. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide the integration features you request.
